"Thank you for the great job you folks did with my Jeep Cherokee. I had brought it in shortly before Christmas - you had estimated the total to be several hundred dollars. It turned out that it needed an additive of some kind. The total was less than forty dollars.
Some places would have gone ahead and made unnecessary repairs and charged me the estimated amount. You folks are honest and I appreciate that. I have already suggested you to friends that may bring in their vehicles.
